Repro: Opening Friday 25 September 5–8PM

OTP Copenhagen is excited to announce ‘Repro’, a group exhibition featuring Ingrid Jacobsen, Dagmar Moldovanu, Anna Rettl and Adam Varab opening on Friday 25 September 5–8PM.

Each of the exhibiting artists use print and reproduction technologies as part of their practice. Tools for mechanical reproduction are usually designed for accuracy and repeatability, but the body’s own function is often irregular and unpredictable. As a result, machine operators can easily introduce deviations into the reproduction process, either through deliberate adjustment or accidental gesture. Looking at how such imperfections can be both generative and expressive, the exhibition explores the interaction more broadly between mechanical processes and fluid bodily movement.
